Vegetable Yiouvetsi

This is their Greek Paella but they use orzo pasta instead of rice. It has eggplant and zucchini and tomato chunks (and feta on the menu but asked to leave it out). This is a good pasta dish but wont consider it as mediterranean, taste didnt have any depth (spices) like with mediterranean food. Happy about the portion, this could easily be shared by 3 people.
