
Beautifully plated unqiue vegan nigiri😍 especially love the one with pickled ginger topping, it's crunchy & flavourful. My grandma thought it was fish when she first saw it!
I’ve always wanted to try vegan sushi. It was such a great experience to try new kind of food. Iced Yuzu Tea was great, too. Definitely expensive but worth it. The disappointing part was that they put Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) as a topping when we ordered vegan shishito skewers; make sure let the staff know you are ordering VEGAN skewers. #tokyo #tokyovegan
