Vegetable Moussaka

The chef of the resort made a moussaka for us when we arrived and it was beautiful, so soft and super tasty. This one wasn’t that good, we had it at the Tabernaki restaurant without the resort. It looked like they made a few and the froze them and used them upon request. It was a bit disappointing.
