Vegetable Curry

Prashad, a classic fave, although their prices have gone up in the last little while so I only get in store as opposed to ordering via a delivery platform. One sort-of downside, maybe just for me, they used to have fully plastic containers which I got a LOT of reuse out of, now they still have the plastic lids but the bottoms are papery and I’m not sure about the recyclability due to the food absorbing into it. Someone who is knowledgeable about these things please school me 😓
