A new item that was recently added to the GPJ menu, this dish is so delicious and healthy.
This comes with a choice of gluten free Vegan Foccacia or Superfood Veggie Bread. I chose the Veggie Bread which was earthy, soft and savory. The Housemade Vegan "Tuna" Spread (which does contain some soy), made from chickpeas, is nice and creamy - it had a very good texture and the flavor was similar to real tuna.The tomatoes and microgreens added freshness and was a nice contrast to the heavier bread and tuna, and the vegan “bacon” added some extra spice.
In addition to any superfoods and veggies in the bread, this dish has protein, fiber and lots of love. (I could tell). It was delicious and filling.
Priced at $9.99 plus tax, it’s a little higher than I prefer to spend, but is a great meal nonetheless.
