Vegan Tofu Avocado Sandwich

🌱 Vegan Tofu Avocado Sandwich from House of Greens. It was simply superb. The bread was multigrain & the stuffing had lettuce, tofu, avocado & bell peppers. The Sandwich came with the vegan mint yogurt dip which was quite creamy & yum 🤤. They even customized the sandwich according to my preference. It's a cloud kitchen & they have a couple of vegan options on their menu. Highly recommended.
