Vegan Sweet Potato and Spinach Curry

It’s so nice finding vegan options in random pubs in a small town like Ashbourne, and the vegan options are actually quite good. This curry was so hearty and loaded with chickpeas and soft sweet potato chunks, went really nice with the rice and chips. A really warm and filling meal for about £11 - not too bad at all! #veganisnotscary
