Vegan Sweet And Savoury Pancakes

BLOWN AWAY by the deliciousness of these pancakes. I was in sweet and savoury heaven. A mix of cinnamon pancakes, with a savoury yet sweet sauce, and salty and sweet nuts. Topped with vegan aubergine bacon. Wow, just wow. Would drive 2 hours to Porto just to have these again!
