Vegan Stir Fry

I ordered this dish with vegan chicken from Herbivorous Butcher. It was delicious! I can’t remember the spices, but there was ginger, soy sauce, peanuts and very fresh veggies!! Nice!

This dish is very tasty and I wish I knew what spices were used! Yum! The veggies were fresh and rice perfect. Crave uses Herbivorous Butcher chicken which they prepare tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. Crave has a large vegan menu so I like to eat here often!!
