Vegan Smashed Avocado

Vegan variation of their amazing Smashed Avocado. Avo is creamy and generous with an extra slice of sourdough from what I remember of their regular version from before. Not missing the feta as a sprinkle of sea salt around the edges gives it the saltiness. Was going to just finish 1 slice of bread but finished both as there was too much avo.
