
Thank god for a fully vegan-no-substitutions option on a very meat and cheese heavy menu. If you can get past the proudly displayed images of mutilated corpses on the walls then this this a great option when a group of your friends wants to go to brunch and you dont wanna sit there just eating potatoes and getting drunk off mimosas. Its an interesting dish and the best part being the potatoes very filling and a lot of protein which i appreciate SO much but i cant get past this weird vinegar-y taste i think the gravy had. The oat milk vanilla latte was good!
This is one of my absolute favorite vegan meals in STL. I love breakfast, and before I went plant based/vegan I was bummed about giving up a good hearty slinger. Everything about the dish is good, from the gravy’s texture and taste, to the tofu scramble, to the focaccia bread and potatoes. It’s perfect.
This dish becomes an addiction. The vegan sausage gravy is amazing. We also tried the berry crepe, which was equally great. I also usually order a soy chai or latte.
