Vegan Schnitzel

Had this after the cauliflower wings and it was such a tasty main! The schnitzel was filled with rice and the combination of all the pieces made it so delicious! #vegan #vegansouthafrica

i loved this meal!!! i don’t think i has ever had schnitzel before this, and didn’t realize i was missing out! sooo good.
