Vegan Raspberry, Lemon and White Chocolate Cake

Distinctly unsweet, which can take some getting used to if your sweet tooth is strong. The berry taste isn't strong either. Other than that, it's a decent, healthy and light low-sugar dessert.

tastes really good, really love the choc and lemon combination :) cake is a little on the dry side, but it’s not too bad.
