Vegan “Pulled Pork” Bowl

I've been trying to focus on eating more centered around wholefoods and so I had to order this bowl haha. It was yummy, but one issue I had - or seem to constantly have with bowls like this - is that's it's just not quite saucy enough. Finally found some jackfruit pulled pork in this city!! Considering how popular jackfruit is in Cambodia I’m surprised it’s not a common option for vegan restaurants. The pulled jackfruit was incredible, really moist and full of barbaric flavour. The rest of the toppings were lovely too, and the simple dressing let the flavour of the pulled pork shine.
