Vegan pizza

The crispy crust and underlying “cheese” are the highlights of the pizza, plus the wasabi sauce strewn on top. The oyster mushroom “meat” in the centre is basically tasteless despite the sauce on top, perhaps they didn’t marinate it, and I ended up eating just all of the outer crust and leaving the inner sections.

Seaweed topping was a tad strange but goes well with the pizza. Overall a good pizza.

Sufood has a signature vegetarian star-shaped pizza which seems popular. They veganise our pizza upon request, but it becomes round shape. 😄 They do not use mock meat in their dish. The ingredients are mainly mushrooms, seaweed and vegan cheese. #veganpizza #pizza
