VEGAN PIGGY BIRD

I LOVE Ohio Pie. I want them to come to #columbusohio so badly. My boss Kevin brought this back for me on Tuesday. He's the best! I love the Piggy Bird. It's far from traditional, and I can see my grandfather rolling in his grave, but this was delicious. The crust is thick, pillowy, and still a bit crispy. They use a blend of different #vegan cheese brands, and it's my favorite. It's the closest to actual dairy cheese I've had. Instead of traditional marinara sauce, this has BBQ sauce and is topped with BBQ vegan chicken. It's also topped with fried onion. It's definitely different, but I love it. I wouldn't have ever ordered or tried it but had it at a party and loved it. Never judge a book by it's cover. Eye-popping wower! How is this in my state/corner of the world? Crust is so soft and thick. Sauce is sweet and savory. Crunch of the onions. Soft meaty bits. Amazing! 🍕
