Vegan Panini Portabella

Really tasty! I usually get the sprouts sandwich, but I wanted something different today. Ingredients were: Grilled portabella mushrooms, roasted peppers, wild arugula, grilled artichokes with pesto and almond cheese spread. The sandwich comes with a side salad. I really liked it, just wish the price was lower than $18, a lot of the restaurant’s other food is priced cheaper. Their pizzas are great value too.

So good!! One of the best vegans sandwiches I’ve ever had. I wish Urth would offer even more vegan options though!
