
I loved this dish. It was spicy and delicious. So very different from the usual vegan fare.
Very unique and satisfying meal. The black salt gives it that slightly eggy taste. Never had a vegan omelette made without chickpea flour. Highly recommend visiting INDIKAAP at Maker’s Landing at the V&A!
All I can say is 'wow'. In my Top 3 most favourite omelettes. A lentil-based omelette that smelt just like an omelette packed with lots of flavour. I can't wait to have it again. (It's served with a slice of toast.) #abillionturns3
