Vegan Moussaka

This was fantastic!!! The flavor was amazing, and the eggplant melts in your mouth. This was my first moussaka dish ever and it has set the bar very high. It was a large portion and I took half of it home. The only thing I regret is waiting so long to try this dish. I will be back to try more!! #moussaka #eggplant #mediterranean
