Vegan Miso Ramen

Not the prettiest photos but this #ramen was amazing! It had crispy tofu, fried vegan #gyoza, bamboo shoots, bok choy, corn, and nori. Nice salty broth and chewy #noodles. This place had a ton of vegan options — multiple ramen dishes, rice bowls, and appetizers. And it overlooked the big Franz Kafka head statue in Prague. Very satisfying meal!
