vegan mini sundae

i work right next to chop chop and since my favorite restaurant native foods closed down ive been eating at chop chop more. it’s pretty good. it has rice, tofu, and a ton of veggies. think ice cream sundae but dinner edition. pick your base and pick your toppings. it’s a great idea. it’s not a vegan place but they have a lot of vegan options
