Vegan meatball pasta

Impossible meatball has a nice charred taste and cherry tomatoes are roasted well! Whereas the pasta is rather lacking due to lack of sauce? The pasta is bucatini which has a tube in the middle but i got a shock because I felt like I’m biting air suddenly. 😂 I’m too used to eating spaghetti

Best item on vegan menu. Very gourmet feel. Comes with black fungus mock anchovies
