Vegan Mango Chia Pudding

Just yum. This mango chia pudding from this lovely restaurant in Hanoi is really nice: the texture from the mango flesh is super enjoyable, as there is also a bit of passion fruit with brings just a little acidity which is lovely as well! This, combined with the slight amount of coconut cream: what else could I ask for?? 25k Vietnamese dong which is about $1,5 so I guess it was a great investment 😁 Note that the place is vegetarian, not vegan. But vegan options are clearly labelled on the menu. And the restaurant itself is really wonderful, it has a nice balcony with a view of a busy street in the French Quarter! Can only recommend if you’re in Hanoi!
