Vegan Lasagne

Don’t get me wrong, this was fine for airplane food! #ryanair #airplanefood #veganairplanemeal But 8.50€ seems a bit steep, given my ticket was only 19.99€ 🤯 The #lasagna is mainly #pasta sheets, layered with a #vegetable tomato 🍅 #sauce and topped with a soy #bechamel. No real source of protein in form of minced meat or lentils. #dobetter The #soybechamel was very tasty and I wish there would’ve been more of it throughout the dish and not just on top. The #tomatosauce lacked something fruity. All in all: #solid but nothing I’d eat on the ground. it’s also #glutenfree Last pic as a bonus: Life of a 204cm tall person - luckily the flight was only 1.5 hours!!

This was a dish served on a Ryanair airline flight from UK to Lithuania, but I'm sure it's available throughout the airline. Like all airline food it's microwavable, but considering the limitations of airline food it was nice. Portion isn't big, but does satisfy the craving for warm food😊
