Vegan Lasagna with Collard Greens and Kale Salad

So delicious! The lasagna was super cheesy and comforting. It was packed with vegan beef and vegan ricotta. It was a real comfort food. The collard greens were full of flavor and delicious. I really really liked the kale salad. I asked a worker for a recommendation and I can see why she chose that. The dressing on it was amazing. I love the food here!
