Vegan kebab wrap

I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish the wrap in one sitting: joke on me, I did and didn’t feel overwhelmed! 😂 It was filled with lettuce, tomatoes, seitan and fresh red onions - had to remove them because they were a bit too strong for my liking. This family-owned kebab shop is really a game changer: they open up recently and have decided to create only vegan and vegetarian kebab and Turkish dishes. This is already amazing, but even more amazing is the fact that they decided to offer an alternative to the classic falafel sandwich, i.e. a homemade seitan kebab that won't make you miss the taste of meat. Furthermore, you have a wide variety of sauces - all vegan-, the staff is super friendly and they only use paper for the packaging (no plastic, finally!). I simply love the concept, the people there and the food.
