Vegan kara tofu

My Japanese non vegan friend tried this and said they were very similar to the chicken ones. They were actually really good and the tofu is well marinated and rich of flavor

Amazing vegan appetizer at this authentic Japanese ramen cafè. Deep-fried tofu with a bit of chew to it. Served extremely hot. Nice staff.
