Vegan Hobo

I have 0 idea why it’s called this but it’s essentially chips topped with vegan chicken and peppercorn sauce. It was so delicious is had me mopping up the sauce with my finger (sorry it has to be done). Really surprised to see such great vegan options in this small town pub.
