Vegan Egg

£1.50 for half an egg in collaboration with avant-garde vegan! uhhh…. not egg basically HAHAHA it’s a coconut based “egg white” which was quite fluffy, texture reminded me of actual whipped egg whites (super light but not the chewy egg white texture). and super strong coconut taste, with the sriracha egg yolk adding almost nothing to the taste of texture. pretty meh
