Vegan Duck with Knödel

Duck/Goose roast with dumplings, gravy and red cabbage. It comes with a lot of gravy and they even included a side salad and a clementine in my order which was a nice surprise. Interesting flavor combination, kinda like an Asian infused mock duck roast. Not everyone’s cup of tea I suppose but a nice change to a traditional roast.
