Vegan Cupcake

Vegan cupcake. One of the two vegan options in The Cookie Factory. The cake/muffin part is great, not too sweet, the texture is great, it doesn’t fall apart. The icing part, wasn’t my favourite since i’m not the biggest fan of pudding icing. (to me it tastes like pudding but i’m not entirely sure it is). Anyways the icing is rich and creamy. Cupcake consists of chocolate muffin and vanilla and chocolate cream made with coconut milk. The cupcake is fine, both the muffin and cream part did not disappoint. You can't taste the coconut milk. The cream is somewhat heavy so one cupcake as a dessert is more than enough. Bit pricey. 💰 2,39 €
