Vegan Cinnamon Toast Crunch

We went through Dayton a few weeks and my daughter ordered this vegan french toast. Because she doesn't have an #abillion account she let me try it so I could review it with her. Her review: it's amazing and perfect and she will get it again and again. My review: it felt so buttery, like I felt it was oozing butter. I got to tag along with @kristig and her daughters and their friend to Red Oak for a special mission. (But that's not my story to tell) We stopped in Dayton for #breakfast at this cute little restaurant called Butter Cafe. They have a really decent amount of #vegan options to choose from. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch comes with three pieces of vegan French toast, with a cinnamon sugar crunchy blend. It also comes with a side of vegan #dairyfree butter and maple syrup. 🍁 French toast was a favorite pre-vegan, and it's so awesome that places are embracing these plantbased changes and options! I was so excited about this dish. It could have been better. It’s a French toast, but it was served without syrup. So I requested some. The toast was hard and the coconut ‘butter’ was even harder.
