Vegan Chicken Pesto Salad

I really enjoyed this - I mean that’s after I opened my container and saw the plainest looking chicken of any kind 😅I really like the myco protein so once you get the sauce all over, the dish blended well together with everything. I could see myself order this again! Especially when I’m looking for a healthy option. Ordered this through a delievery app so please don’t @ me for having a plastic container for ma sauce - I felt the guilt!

Love this. Nothing exceptional about this but I like how is tastes, also I got it for dinner and all the ingredients seemed fresh. But the “chicken” bamboozled me. It looked like paper mache, tasted fine though.
