Vegan Carrot Cake

A very sugary sweet #carrotcake . The cake itself was light, fluffy and tasty. Hated the icing though. For the price, I was hoping for a traditional #veganised fresh cream cheese icing. Moist and delicious with vegan cream cheese. Expensive thou and nothing exceptional or special about it. Satisfied the craving, but I won’t be in a rush to get it again

Good take on a vegan carrot cake. Well presented and not overly sweet. A bit heavy but I enjoyed it!!

At R50 a slice I was expecting something magical and this lived up to my expectations 😋 it was super moist, beautifully flavoured and the cream cheese frosting was so delicious 😋
