Vegan burger

Questo è il panino che ha scelto il mio fidanzato, molto buono, ha gradito tantissimo il pesto al pistacchio!

Tried this vegan burger at Cuore Fresco in Catania, Sicily. Unlike many burgers, the spotlight is on the ingredients instead of the patty. The pattty is pretty average, but the depth of flavors from the varieties of ingredients are simply great!👍🏻 There are avocado slices, pistachio pesto, hummus, rocket leaves, caramelized onions and sun-dried tomatoes, and when combine together creates a symphony of flavors! 😍 Comes with fries as a side. However, I do find the bun to be very hard to chew on though, almost like a baguette. So far, all the breads I had in here are quite tough and hard. Not sure is it something uniquely here in Europe.

I’m not the biggest fan of mushy veggie patties so this wasn’t right for me. But the other ingredients were ok! The fries where a bit more soggy than ideal too.

Tasty flavour, good quality and nice size. Comes with side chips.
