Vegan BLT Sandwich

This was my first time trying rice paper bacon, although I’ve been meaning to get around to making it myself. The sandwich was delicious, as was the vegan focaccia, albeit kind of messy to eat with your hands.

Excellent sandwich on housemade bread in lovely little restaurant. Bacon was made from rice paper and was the best bacon substitute I have had.
