Delicious banh mi! My boyfriend purchased a mock chicken one and it was also scrumptious, although not quite as juicy and flavourful as my rendang.
There were many other vegan options on the menu, including several tofu ones in addition to the mock meats. They also had vegan bao ready made inside, which one day I hope to go try!
