Vegan Basil Tofu

This was a pretty tasty dish too, though I think it needed more basil leaves to add the needed fragrance and flavour to the dish. That said, the tofu was well seasoned and there was plenty of green beans. #basiltofu #veganthaifood #thaifood #basillover

We totally did not expect this to come with rice when we ordered it, but it does! It doesn’t make a very nutritional meal on its own with just #tofu and long beans 🫘 to fill you up but as an à la carte as we had it, it was great! We ordered a less #spicy variant as one of us don’t take too well to heat 🌶️ Even so, it was really delicious with the glaze of #basil and #soysauce, I guess, coating everything 😋 They win points here for getting the saltiness just right! At S$15 for this portion that could easily serve 2, it’s a win for me 😇 #centipedesofabv

A really satisfying dish! Loads of tofu with basil and beans. The basil wasn’t overpowering so you could enjoy the sauce
