Vegan Artichoke Dip

Better than the non-vegan version! Light but creamy!

When I first started working at Pizza Lucé, I was just vegetarian and totally addicted to their artichoke dip. As a vegan I've been on the lookout for vegan artichoke dip. Many of the restaurants that used to have it on their menu cut it when the pandemic hit. I just found out Parkway has been making vegan artichoke dip this whole time! It was incredible!! It tastes so close to how I remember Lucé's! I really like the touch of spice in it. Unfortunately, it's pretty spendy for the portion size you get: $12.10 for a pretty shallow dish.

This vegan artichoke dip is excellent! It is creamy and really flavorful, and the jalenpenos give it a spicy kick. I would highly recommend this dish!
