Uttapam

They offered me this uttapam with my jackfruit curry instead of rice which I very much appreciated. This was the most whole grain uttapam I ever saw made with heritage red rice. The papaya sambal with it was spicy and the uttapam tasted pretty neutral. Good dipped into curry!
