Upstater Buffalo Tofu Salad

While Orchard grocer is well know for their vegan sandwiches, this insanely delicious salad should be considered as a great choice too! The buffalo tofu is grilled and sauced to perfection. The salad was very fresh and came with these greens cashew herby dressing, I seriously could eat this every single day, it was that good. They also offer a #glutenfree crouton option for an additional charge.

Hands down one of the best vegan 🌱 salads ever. I eat this as often as o ac and i love every single ingredient, just go try it for yourself, trust me

Really delicious, tofu is a little spicy but very well prepared, the salad has seeds and cabbage and a nice green dressing . Light and refreshing

I have to say that this is one of the best tofu dishes I’ve ever tried. The tofu is grilled perfectly and it’s covered in a spicy buffalo sauce the rest of the bowl consists of avocado ,carrots ,sunflower seeds ,a creamy green dressing ,croutons ( a gluten-free option is also available ) and cabbage. I Love that they give you lots and lots of tofu unlike some places that give you like two small pieces. I am posting this because we need to keep places like Orchard Grocer in business. #saveveganrestaurants

Yummy and definitely deliciousness. Such a great salad. I love that the tofu is prepared with a spicy sauce and the green dressing stuff is delicious. The only problem I have is that I ordered gluten-free croutons and they were hard as a rock and very hard to chew other than that this is a 100 out of 100 salad #saveveganrestaurants
