Up-Beet Burger With Added Bacon Strips

Wanted to try their seitan schnitzel burger but they ran out of it so opted for this beet and quinoa burger. Served with smoked tomato relish, red onions, garlic and chive aioli. I got extra bacon strips as well, a bit too salty for me but that’s how bacon tastes like haha! The patty had good texture and bite (isn’t mushy at all). Very yummy!
