Uji Matcha Boba Latte

I love a good matcha latte and Nomvnom ones are some of the best I’ve tried. Uji matcha powder is regarded as the highest grade of matcha in Japan, prepared using the youngest tea leaves. It’s got that nice matcha fragrance to it even though it’s prepared in a non-traditional manner. Having matcha with boba in it was a new experience for me 😧 Not too sweet; the boba sweetness balanced out the flavours.

Pretty good vegan matcha boba latte - the matcha taste is strong but not overly bitter. Chose 25% sugar which was just nice, not too sweet but not bland.
