Ube Halaya Cake

Im sorry for almost finishing the cake before taking the picture. It is that good.

Hands down one of the best cakes I’ve tried. Even my non-vegan family couldn’t stop eating this and even prefer it over non-vegan cake! It’s super good fresh out of the freezer since the top cheesecake layer melts in your mouth
