Glorious purple 💜 Ube cake soft & moist and beautiful

Another fantastic cake from Sipz! I’ve never had Ube before so I didn’t know what to expect. It tastes very similar to a vanilla cake but it is way more gorgeous. I love the colors! The toasted coconut on top is a nice touch as well. It’s dense, moist, and the icing is super creamy. I always have a hard time sharing!
