Truffle vegan egg bagel

Soft and creamy scrambled tofu with truffle. My non-vegan friend tasted it and said, ‘This is egg!’ It’s very flavorful and delicate (might be a tiny bit on the salty side if you don’t like your food too salty). The veggies on the side are fresh and cooked really well, and the salad has a lovely dressing. A delicious meal that feels like a mix of healthy and indulgent.
