Truffle Grilled Cheese

House made cashew truffle cheese spread, heirloom tomato, sautéed spinach, balsamic on sourdough. It tasted very natural and not dry. It also came with fries.

This sandwich is pretty tasty but it is not cheesy. Reads more like a veggie sandwich with an interesting spread. It's very filling and the fries are pretty good with what seems to be homemade ketchup. I liked it but didn't love it when I expected a grilled cheese.
