Truffle Cream Pasta

Ordered this on #takeaway so not sure if it’s the same experience as dining in, but was ultra disappointed in this one 😭 The truffle was just sloppily added on the top of the pasta, the cream sauce was more like creamy water, and the mock bacon strips really tasted like nothing with a soggy texture. Also on the first attempt they had prepared my order wrongly with dairy milk and had to re-prepare my order with #nondairy milk 😭 Might just be an off-day for Saute, who knows

Taste and presentation were good. Truffle taste could be a bit stronger.

So good!!! One of our favourite dishes too. Vegan cream pasta is still not super common here, not to mention a really indulgent and creamy one. The truffle taste was strong enough too!
