Tostada tinga zanahoria

I liked this carrot tinga tostada. But every time I come back to this restaurant I become more and more disappointed. The quantities are smaller and the prices more expensive! It’s not the Mictlan I remember from a couple years ago. They have lost their touch, taste and pricing.
