If you’re anywhere near Genalguacil, Spain, you have to make this trip just for this restaurant! Anyways, about this dish… it’s also amazing! I loved it uniqueness. The toast was the perfect balance between soft and crispy. The layer of mayo was perfectly thick and the seitan was crispy and dense. So good. €9. #tostada #veganrestaurant #jenandryesagavemoon
